This year’s WiSE panel will break the stigma and showcase the diverse career opportunities that exist outside academia. Our eminent speakers, all, have earned a graduate degree in STEM and built a successful non-academic career. WiSE is happy to announce our February speaker for the STEM Careers Seminar Series - Erin Winnick! Erin is a maker, engineer, writer, entrepreneur, designer, and science communicator. She is a fellow gator, and graduated from the University of Florida with her degree in mechanical engineering in December 2016! WiSE Girlz Science Spring Camp is a program organized by the Women in Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. It is a new program, aimed at female 6th and 7th graders from Alachua County.
